Akansha Kamineni
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Akansha is a senior majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Interdisciplinary Design. She hopes to create a positive and lasting impact on her neighboring communities, and the world, by utilizing the intersection of technology, people, and the arts. As a part of Jazba, she is able to raise awareness for Women In Need while celebrating and sharing her culture with others.

Sevaan is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Business Analytics. He is excited to be making such a significant impact for communities throughout India. On top of this, he eagerly anticipates being a part of an outstanding board and connecting with individuals who share his passion from all across the country.
Tarun Kothandaraman
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Tarun is a junior at the University of Minnesota majoring in Management Information Systems. He is looking forward to seeing the community get together once again to raise awareness of the WIN initiative. As it’s the 10 annual show, he is also excited to meet new people, see great performances, and continue to work with a passionate board!
Shiva cheruvu
LIAISON & VOLUNTEER DIRECTOR
Shiva is a junior majoring in Data Science. He's passionate about leveraging technology to explore cultural roots and aiding others in this discovery. Through his role in Jazba, Shiva amplifies our efforts to support Women In Need and advocates for the celebration of cultural identity. His efforts shine a light on the power of technology to celebrate culture and community.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Riya is a sophomore double majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. She is thrilled to be a part of an organization that provides such a positive impact on the world by supporting South Asian women through WIN. Along with that, she looks forward to showcasing and embracing South Asian culture.
Vinay George
HOSPITALITY DIRECTOR
Vinay is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems. He is super excited to put on an unbelievable competition and raise awareness for the amazing cause Women In Need. He’s also looking to build new connections and meet dancers from across the nation!

RISK MANAGEMENT & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Aarya is a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry. He is excited to be on board to help raise awareness for Women In Need and be a part of the marketing team. He is also excited to meet dancers from across the nation and see their new sets and performances live.

IT DIRECTOR
AJ is a senior majoring in Management Information Systems with a minor in Business Analytics. She is extremely excited to make a lasting impact on Women In Need, while bringing light to South Asian culture. She is also looking forward to working alongside a wonderful board and group of liaisons to present Jazba’s tenth annual competition.
Sumana Gudupudi

Sumana Gudupudi is a freshman majoring in Biochemistry. She is thrilled to be on board and expand her culture through dance. She is extremely passionate about Women In Need and is grateful that she is able to help communities across the world and give back to her Indian community. She is very excited for all the experiences that Jazba can give!
Jerry Kappuzha

Jerry is a freshman majoring in Chemical Engineering and planning to minor in Chemistry and Mathematics. He’s excited to be a part of Jazba to make their tenth year a wonderful experience and is looking forward to making a positive impact with Women In Need through Jazba’s work with the Twin Cities South Asian community and the dance community.
